Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer in sanitizer bucket with a concentration below 150ppm. Ensure the sanitizer concentration of Quaternary Ammonia is between 150 - 400ppm. PIC discarded the sanitizer solution and prepared a new solution which has a concentration of between 150 - 400ppm during the inspection. New Violation . Repeat .cos Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(a)] Pans wetnested together on drying rack beside three compartment sink. Equipment must be properly air dryed before storage to prevent moisture build up. COS: Pans separated out and placed in a pyramid configuration. Repeat. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
