Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster with trash and debris in front of and around dumpster receptacle. Dumpster side doors were also left open on the sides. Dumpsters should be cleaned and kept closed and tightly shut at a frequency to prevent insect/rodent attraction. New Violation.
