Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed both drink dispenser located by the drive through and also in the lobby as well as the ice machine in the main kitchen all of which had an accumulation of mold and debris inside of nozzles and also along the rim of the baffle. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned at a frequency to prevent build up of mold and debris. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizer bucket of which had no sanitizer reading. Qac Sanitizer is being used. Qac sanitizer buckets should have a reading of 100ppm to 200ppm or follow manufacturing instructions to ensure proper sanitizing of food contact/nonfood contact surfaces are taking place. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster receptacle with open side doors and also missing a drain plug. Dumpster receptacles should be kept closed and tightly shut to keep liquids inside and also keep attraction of insects/rodents at a minimum. New Violation.
