Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Observed multiple container of food stored in the reach-in cooler uncovered. Food must be stored covered in order to prevent overhead contamination. COS: PIC covered items with aluminum foil. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed multiple TCS items prepped and stored in the walk-in cooler multiple days without the appropriate date label. TCS foods must be labeled indicating date of preparation and/or disposition not exceeding 7 days with the day of preparation counting as day 1. COS: PIC placed the appropriate label on each item. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed scoop in rice container with the handle lying within the food. Utensils must be stored with their handle above the food between uses. COS: PIC removed the utensil from the rice. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
