Violation of Code: [511-6-2-.14(5)] OUT - Gaskets of mini-fridges in rooms 108, 116, 105, 121, and 249 have debris or residues. Interior ceiling surfaces of microwaves in rooms 249, 145, 149, and 121 have either accumulated food residues or rust. Furnishings in guest rooms must be maintained in good repair and kept clean. PIC to discuss better cleaning of these surfaces with housekeeping and discard rusted items as needed. New Violation. 33 Violation of Code: [511-6-2-.17(2)] OUT - Working spray bottles on housekeeping carts and throughout laundry and housekeeping areas have no labels. Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on housekeeping carts shall be labeled with its contents. PIC located sheets of manufacturer labels for working containers filled from bulk chemical dispensers- to discuss with housekeeping staff and have containers labeled appropriately. Miscellaneous chemical spray bottles without manufacturer labels to be identified with handwritten labels of chemical's common name. Repeat Violation.
