Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed 2 cups with lids located throughout the kitchen. Employee cups should be disposable cups with a lid and straw and be placed in a designated area. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed small accumulation of mold within a crevice of the ice machine. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned @ a frequency to prevent build up. Repeat Violation.
