Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)(a)-(l)(n)(o)] PIC failed in his responsibilities to Monitor reporting procedures for Employee Health Policies, separation and protection of food items under refrigeration, Sanitizing of food contact surfaces, Proper date marking and Disposition of foods.
