Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer in sanitizer bucket reading 0ppm when tested with a chemical test kit. Ensure the Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer maintains a concentration of between 150 - 400ppm. PIC discarded the sanitizer and prepared a new solution of Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer that had a concentration of between 150 - 400ppm during the inspection. New Violation. cos. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Observed dumpster area with heavy accumulation of trash, full trash bags, and debris. Dumpster area should be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent them from developing a build up of debris or becoming attractants for insects and rodents. Repeat Violation.
