Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed tater tots on service line hot held at 125F. TCS foods shall be hot held at temperatures at or above 135F. COS: PIC reheated tater tots to 141F and placed them back on service line. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
