Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed Cooked pork in the reach in cooler unit in the kitchen at a temperature of 56 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure all TCS foods are cold held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below or 135 Degrees Fahrenheit or above. Note: PIC immediately discarded the pork during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
