Remarks Tag# GA RKK1979 VIN # 1GDGC34ROXF0T he mobile unit. The mobile unit menu is limited to prepared, prepackaged and labeled in individual servings transported and stored. The required equipment for cleaning and sanitization must exist at their permitted base of location. Beverages that are not time / temperature control for safety foods that are dispensed from covered urns or other protected equipment all under conditions meeting the requirements of the chapter. Note: Horchata Beverage will be made using non tcs creamers and not milk. The mobile unit does not have any cold holding unit so no TCS prepackaged foods are permitted to be sold.
