Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Multiple TCS foods in walk in cooler found at temperatures of 44-47F (see log). Additionally, lowboy cooler not at ambient temperature, 45F appropriate for cold holding. Time and temperature control for safety foods must be cold held at 41F or below. COS: Foods voluntarily discarded. Thermostats in both units adjusted to colder setting. Discussed being mindful of cooler door when entering, exiting walk in and when receiving shipments. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4] Plates at bistro buffet line not covered, inverted, or protected by sneeze guard. Clean plates must not be subject to potential contamination. Either protect plates by inversion, or by installation of a barrier such as a sneeze guard. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Cardboard dumpster not fitted with a drain plug. All drains in outdoor receptacles must be plugged. New Violation.
