Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Chemical dish machine not dispensing any sanitizer during active usage-test strip recorded as 0 PPM. Chlorine based sanitizer needs to be at levels of 50-100 PPM to be effective. COS: Service provider contacted and technician dispatched. Machine later adjusted to dispense sanitizer before technician arrived. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(q)] Walk in freezer contains a leak around condenser that is getting onto packages of food. Foods must be stored in an area where they are not subject to leaking water. COS: CFSM retrieved sheet pan to place on space between boxes and condenser. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(k),(l)] Enclosure drain seemingly stopped up. Water ponding on ground within dumpster enclosure. Areas must be maintained in good repair. New Violation.
