Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Observed 2-Door Cooler with foods not stored based on final cooking temperature. Raw bacon has a final cooking temperature of 145F was stored above ready-to-eat lettuce heads. Foods should be stored based on cooking time/temperature to prevent food contamination from meat juices.
COS: PIC switched storage places with lettuce and bacon. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
