Refrigerated TCS products must be consumed, served, or sold by the use by or expiration date. COS: Foods voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 11A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(a)] Warmer cabinet for heating food, and holding hot food not sufficient in number or capacity to account for newly cut steak off the grill. COS: Steak moved to grill to hot hold before space was available in cabinet to relocate the steak. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
