New Violation. 14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3)] Single service togo articles stored face down on top of shelf in kitchen on dust. Single service articles must be stored in a manner to prevent contamination. Surface must be kept clean. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Bleach being used as sanitizer on site however no chlorine test strips available. Test strips must be available to determine the specific concentration of sanitizers used in a food service establishment. Repeat Violation. 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(h)] All trash cans in women's restroom without lids. Restrooms used by females must have at least one covered trashcan for female hygiene products and sanitary napkins. Repeat Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(m)] Gap between doors at entrance to establishment and emergency exit big enough for entry of insects and rodents present. Outer openings must have solid and tight fitting doors to keep out insects and rodents. Repeat Violation.
