Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] No bodily fluids or written vomit procedure posted in establishment, however establishment had correct chemical used for events. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. COS: Inspector provided proper vomit procedure and procedure regarding bleach solution to PIC. New Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Many used cloths on prep tables without sanitizer solution available to store the cloths in between uses. Store cloths in sanitizer solution between uses to control bacterial growth. COS: Sanitizer solution containers prepared and brought to work stations for the storage of cloths between wiping down food contact surfaces. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed previous inspection posted in public view dated back to 1/15/16. Most recent inspection was 2/7/2017. Previous inspection not posted in public eye view. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within 15 feet of the front or primary public door and between 5 and 7 feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of 1 foot away. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Dishwasher temperature gauge with glass broken. To ensure gauge works as required and to protect needle, replace gauge. Repeat Violation. 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(h)] Women's restroom available for the public and for establishment employees without covered receptacles inside of stalls. Observed blood painted tissue paper exposed to open air with in one of the restroom stalls. COS: PIC removed bags from receptacles. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
