Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Raw and ready to eat foods comingled together in walk in cooler. Popcorn chicken, and chicken wings stored beside raw chicken filets and on the same shelf as raw eggs, raw beef, and raw shrimp. Raw chicken stored on same shelf as the other foods and also above uncovered pan of raw shrimp and raw eggs. Foods must be separated according to their minimum internal cooking temperature. Ready to eat foods should be on top and the cooler must be separated vertically via ascending order of internal cooking temperature wheras the highest internal cook temperature is on the bottom. COS: All foods were rearranged with correct separation and area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
