Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] No CFSM on staff. Within 60 days of permitting, the establishment must employ a food employee with managerial or supervisory responsibility who has obtained a CFSM certification within 60 days of permitting. Discussed with PIC resources for enrolling in a CFSM class including class schedule through Hall County Environmental Health. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] All prepared foods (blended fruit water and cut pineapple, melon, strawberries, jicamas) stored in coolers from previous day(s) have no date label. Ready-to-eat foods prepared in-house and kept for more than 24 hours must be marked with date of prep and discarded within 7 days. COS- PIC able to determine original day of prep and retro dated foods. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
