Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Floors located in , back walk way entrance to kitchen, service area floors up front with peeling of epoxy paint. Floors should be durable, smooth, and cleanable to meet requirement. Ceiling located in main kitchen with peeling of paint above food prep areas. Front service area counter top back slash needs to be resealed to wall. All should be smooth, durable, and easily cleaned to prevent built up accumulation of debris. 30 days to repair all areas. New Violation.
