Chlorine sanitizers must be maintained between 50-100 PPM. COS: Cap ful of bleach added to sanitizer bucket (100 PPM). Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(r),(s)] dumpster area with trash on ground all around dumpster-grease container with door open and grease spilled all over container and on ground-clean entire area to prevent insect/rodent attraction Repeat Violation.
