Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Racks placed in trays to hold various food items found with crusted food debris. Racks found stored above three compartment sink. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. COS: Racks moved to wash compartment of sink for more thorough cleaning. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Inspection report must be posted in dining room AND in drive thru window Establishment received shipment around 1 PM. Items stored on floor moved to counters/shelves during inspection.
