This is a new food service permit. Rules and Regulations for Food Service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager be on staff within 60 days of permitting. Ambient temperatures: 2-door reach-in cooler 36F 1-door reach-in cooler 39F 1-door reach-in freezer 33F Water temperatures: 3-compartment sink 126F Hand sink 115F Dry storage room behind kiosk, cold storage in in back store freezer. Light installed in dry storage is missing the plexiglass cover (or can use plastic sheaths with end caps to slide fluorescent bulbs into). Finishing sealing cabinet to floor in service areas and around inside door frame in dry storage. PERMIT ISSUED. This is a fast food establishment with 14 seats. MUST TAKE BOTH PAGES TO BUSINESS LICENSE OFFICE IF NEEDED.
