Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Employee seen with a drink without a lid. Employees may only drink in the kitchen if their drink is in a single use cup with lid and straw in order to protect from contamination. COS: Employee placed a lid on top of cup. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Sheet pans of meat stored in reach in freezer stacked unwrapped so food is contacting underside of pan above it. Foods must be wrapped if not cooling to protect from overhead contamination. COS: PIC removed all sheet pans and wrapped them with plastic wrap before putting back into freezer. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3] Single use take out containers unwrapped and face up stored above sandwich unit not inverted to protect from potential contamination. COS: PIC flipped upside down. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Test strips available for chlorine, but not QAC. QAC used on dining room tables for cleaning. Must have test strips for all sanitizers used on site. New Violation. Correct By: 12/15/2017
