Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Tea dispensing nozzles had a little mold and debris. Beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency specified by the manufacturer or as necessary and frequent as possible to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Both reach in cooler had standing condensate underneath pans of food. Foods should be stored in a manner to prevent possible contamination. PIC said they are remodeling soon and hoped to fix issue then. COS: PIC Removed foods and stored within walk in cooler until remodeling is done. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
