Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Both food handlers wearing bracelets/watches and rings with raise and ornate setting. The only jewelry that may be worn by food handlers on hands or lower arms is a plain ring such as a wedding band. COS: Bracelets, watches and rings removed. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Gasket on left door of 2-door lowboy (dairy ) is split across the top allowing for the accumulation of debris down in the gasket. Debris down in the gasket cannot be easily cleaned - repair to keep gasket easily cleanable. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Gaskets for both doors for 2-door lowboy cooler (dairy) with build up of debris. Clean more frequently. Build-up can split gaskets and allow for accumulation of debris in the gaskets that cannot be cleaned easily. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Floors need a good cleaning under and beside all equipment and underneath 3-compartment sink - spilled coffee beans, dust, pens, etc underneath equipment. Clean frequently to prevent build-up that can be attraction for insects/rodents. New Violation.
