Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Both drink dispensers located within main kitchen at drive through and lobby heavily accumulated with mold residue inside of nozzles. Drink nozzles are washed and sanitized every night, however beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment should be cleaned and kept at a frequency specified by the manufacturer or at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil mold. Discussed using a brush to help with cleaning frequency. COS: PIC removed drink nozzles of both locations and had nozzles cleaned and sanitized to site. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
