Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)(a)-(l)(n)(o)] Establishment has recently begun key drop deliveries with no advance notice to Health Authority. No written agreement between food service establishment and delivery company on site and no record of delivery temperatures by delivery company provided to food service establishment by delivery company. Per regulations, delivery company considered employee of the food service establishment and as such must be monitored by the Person in Charge (PIC)as part of the responsibilities of the PIC. PIC in contact with delivery company to secure written agreement and monitoring procedures as required. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Dining tables being cleaned with degreaser and wiped with a disposable towel with no sanitizing taking place as required by the regulations. A dining table is considered a food contact surface and the regulations offer a couple of methods to satisfy the requirement of dining tables to be cleaned and sanitized after removing all soiled tableware: (1) a two step method in which one cloth, rinsed in sanitizing solution is used to clean food debris from the surface and a second cloth in a separate sanitizing solution is used to rinse: (2) Sanitizing solution is sprayed onto the surface and the surface is then wiped clean with a disposable towel. COS: The towels ("red towels" ) already in use at re disposed of after use currently so, a spray bottle of sanitizer will be used instead of the degreaser and the disposable towels to meet the rule requirement. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
