Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(h)] Ranch dressing dated to be used or consumed over 7 day discard date, marinara sauce past 7 day discard date. Time and temperature control for safety foods that are prepared in house or commercially prepared TCS foods opened must be used or discarded within 7 days with day of preparation/opening counted as day 1 and add 6 days. COS: Manager discarded marinara and ranch remarked with proper 7 day use or discard date (will be discarded tomorrow since next week a school holiday). Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
