COS: CFSM obtained and stocked paper towels. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(d),(e)] Basin of sanitizing compartment in warewashing sink showing mildew growth. The compartments of sinks, and basins used for warewashing must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent recontamination of equipment. COS: CFSM cleaned out sink basin with wiping cloth. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
