Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)(m)] No verifiable way to confirm that employees have been trained of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health as it relates to diseases transmissible through food. COS: Provided PIC with employee reporting agreement as produced by the State of Georgia Environmental Health Office. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Wall mounted blade used for dicing and rotating slicer found with dried food debris within blade network, and alongside edge of protective shield. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. COS: Items moved to staging area for washing at 3 compartment sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Floor drain at front food service area, nearby steam table, emitting a strong odor. Food debris and other liquids built up within drain. Per PIC, odor is currently dealt with by dumping Clorox into drain at the end of every night. Odor is also exacerbated by residual water coming from prep top cooler. Drain must be maintained properly and deeply cleaned to prevent unsanitary conditions and the attraction of insects. New Violation. Correct By: 11/17/2017
