Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(d)] Resaturated hashbrowns (4 cartons) kept in 3 door cooler since preparation yesterday at 5 PM found at 51-56 degree Fahrenheit. Time and temperature control for safety foods must be cooled from ambient temperatures to 41 F within 4 hours. COS: Hanshbrowns voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Health inspection score posted of 100 a misrepresentation of establishment's performance on last routine inspection (score of 87). The most recent inspection score must be posted at all times within public view. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Grease and sludge ponding on top of grease receptacle causing spill off onto side which is killing grass. Receptacles must be maintained clean, in order to prevent buildup and for attracting pests and insects. New Violation. Remarks Hot water sanitizing dish machine final rinse temp: 165.7 F
