Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Sausages, and gravy found at temperatures ranging from 123-137F. Time and temperature control for safety foods must be hot held at 41F or above. COS: Food items removed from service and voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(u)] Apples offered at buffet without individual wrapping. Except for nuts in the shell and whole, raw fruits and vegetables intended for hulling, peeling, or washing by the consumer before consumption, food on display must be protected from contamination by the use of packaging; counter, service line, display cases, or other effective means. Establishment was notified that foods could not be offered without being individually wrapped on 8/8/14. Apples removed with other breakfast items due to end of service. Apples to be washed and then wrapped with plastic wrap or placed in ziploc bags for future service. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(r),(s)] Rusted bed frames and mattresses inside of dumpster enclosure behind dumpster. Refuse must be removed from premises frequently enough to prevent conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents. New Violation.
