2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Chemical establishment is currently using for cleaning up vomit/diarrheal contamination events is not EPA approved to kill norovirus. For contamination involving the aforementioned fluids, a disinfectant must be EPA approved to kill norovirus.

4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Bleach sanitizing solution buckets registering at 200+ PPM. Bleach sanitizer must be maintained at 50-100 PPM to safely and effectively be used as a food contact sanitizer.

4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Chemical sanitizing dish machine not producing any sanitizer after repeated cycles. Machine needed dip tube to be submerged into sanitizer source and for line to be primed. Maintain chlorine sanitizer at 50-100 PPM.

Remarks This is a change in ownership for a food service permit. Rules and Regulations for Food Service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) be on staff within 60 days of permitting. Owner is certified.
