Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] No paper towels in dispenser at hand sink in front service area. As part of required and proper hand washing, paper towels must be provided to dry hands after hand washing. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Water heater cannot maintain state of functioning without being restarted daily for hot water to be available for use. Hot water heater needs to function without having to be restarted so hot water is always available. Maintenance scheduled for Wednesday (2 days from inspection). New Violation. Remarks If menu items are added that require additional equipment be purchased/installed for the preparation of these menu items, must notify the Environmental Health Department of the changes.
