New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Top third of inspection report posted in drive thru window not accurately depicting establishment's most recent health inspection score. The top third of the most current inspection report must at least be posted in the drive thrus of establishments that contain them. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Stack of plastic containers stored on clean utensil shelf contained residue from date label stickers on nonfood contact portion. The nonfood contact portions of equipment must remain free of residues and other debris. COS: Stack of containers moved to wash compartment of warewashing sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
