Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Pans of chicken, hashbrowns, and potato wedges in reach in freezer stored without covering. Foods must be covered when not actively cooling, to protect from possible overhead contamination. COS: Plastic lids applied to food containers Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Outsides of clean pans built up with leftover sticker residue. Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be cleaned to remove all accumulations. Obtain an approved solvent to assist in removal of sticker residue. New Violation.
