Employee drinks are only allowed in a single service beverage cup with a lid and straw and must be handled to prevent contamination of hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and single service articles. COS: Water bottles voluntarily discarded Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] No sanitizer detected in chemical sanitizing dish machine. Chemical supply was empty. Dishes must be sanitized with an approved level of sanitizer after washing. COS: New bottle of chemical sanitizer hooked up to dish machine. Machine testing at 50PPM chlorine. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(d)] Two trays of sausage burritos found in reach in cooler at 47 degrees Fahrenheit after cooling. Time/temperature control for safety foods must be cooled from 135 to 70 in 2 hours and to 41F within 6 hours total. COS: Sausage burritos voluntarily discarded Corrected On-Site. Test strips must be readily available to monitor chemical concentration for each type of sanitizer used.
