Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Several employees water bottles found under food preparation counters. Employee drinks are only allowed in a single service beverage cup with a lid and straw and must be handled to prevent contamination of hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and single service articles. COS: Water bottles voluntarily discarded Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] No sanitizer detected in chemical sanitizing dish machine. Chemical supply was empty. Dishes must be sanitized with an approved level of sanitizer after washing. COS: New bottle of chemical sanitizer hooked up to dish machine. Machine testing at 50PPM chlorine. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(d)] Two trays of sausage burritos found in reach in cooler at 47 degrees Fahrenheit after cooling. Time/temperature control for safety foods must be cooled from 135 to 70 in 2 hours and to 41F within 6 hours total. COS: Sausage burritos voluntarily discarded Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Grill cook observed wearing a bracelet. Other than a plain ring such as a wedding band, no jewelry may be worn by employees engaging in food preparation. COS: Employee removed bracelet and washed hands Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Damp wiping cloths found sitting directly on counters or equipment in 4 separate locations. When not in use, wiping cloths must be stored in chemcial sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth. COS: Wiping cloths moved to bucket Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Heavy frost accumulation behind condenser on pipes in walk in freezer and along door. Equipment must be maintained in good repair and proper adjustment to protect from possibility of this non potable water coming into contact with foods New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Test strips not available on site during inspection. Test strips must be readily available to monitor chemical concentration for each type of sanitizer used.
