Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(b)] Spray bottles found under shelf in main kitchen by oven and in bar area without label for common name. Spray bottles used for working chemicals must bear a label with a common name. COS: CFSM identified bottles that were sanitizer, fabuloso, oven cleaner, and windex and added label to them Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Drain plug cracked and contains a large hole. All drains in outdoor receptacles must have drain plugs in place to prevent entry exit of liquids and entry of insects and rodents New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Lid missing from half of dumpster. Outdoor receptacles must be covered with tight fitting lids and door at all times when not in use. New Violation.
