Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength; observed a bucket of sanitizing solution below the required parameters; consulted with PIC on ensuring all sanitizing solutions meet the Health Authority's regulatory guidelines; PIC voluntarily discarded the observed violation and created a new solution that met the appropriate standards. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] No copy of latest inspection report in the drive-thru window; Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(d)] No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees; A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed garbage can lid open; Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered: 1. Inside the food service establishment if the receptacles and units: (i) Contain food residue and are not in continuous use; or (ii) After they are filled; and 2. With tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment. New Violation.
