Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Hot water to front handsink turned off because faucet leaks when plumbed to dispense hot water. Handsinks must be maintained easily accessible at all times to dispense water of at least 100 degree Fahrenheit. Hot water must be turned on at all times employees are working to allow for easy handwashing. COS: Hot water turned on at handsink Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Container or buttermilk in use with best by date of 7/23/17. All refrigerated TCS products must be used by the best by, or sell by date in order to prevent possible pathogenic growth COS: Buttermilk voluntarily discarded Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Inspection report posted in far end of dining area (>15 feet) and on top shelf of cabinet (>7 feet). The most current inspection report must be displayed within 15 feet of the primary entrance and at a distance of 5 to 7 feet off the ground, where it can be read at a distance of 1 foot away.
