Employee drinks must be kept in a single service cup with lid and straw and stored in a designated area away from food prep or utensil prep surfaces to protect from contamination COS: Drink thrown away Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Inspection report must be moved to an area that can be read from a foot away
