Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Only thermometers available not capable of performing irreversible temperature recording. A temperature measuring device or indicator must be available for operations that use hot water sanitizing dish machines. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(m)] Pressure gauge on hot water sanitizing dish machine not working. After several cycles the gauge was stuck at 0PSI. A pressure measuring device for hot water sanitizing dish machines must be accurate to 2 PSI. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Cardboard dumpster missing drain plug allowing possible entry of insects, pests, etc. into dumpster, and fluids, liquids out of dumpster. All dumpster drains must have plugs. New Violation. Remarks Max-temp of hot water sanitizing dish machine recorded on irreversible thermometer: 166.1F
