Inpection Notes
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Interior components of tea urn nozzle, and rack above 3 compartment sink used for storing clean dishes with a buildup of debris and grime. Food contact surfaces, including areas that contact portions of utensils that will contact food, must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of debris and grime. Tea nozzles must be unscrewed and wiped clean at the gasket before storing in sanitizer for the night. Racks must be regularly wiped clean if used bare to store clean utensils. Alternatives include coating racks with aluminum foil or sheet pan to allow ease in cleaning more frequently. Repeat Violation.
13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Inspection posted for public view is not the most recent. The most current inspection must be prominently displayed in public view, 5 to 7 feet from the floor, and where customers can read from no more than 1 foot away. A copy of the most recent inspection must also be posted in the drive-thru where at least the top 1/3 of the inspection is easily readable to customers. New Violation.
17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Grease and other food debris built up underneath grease receptacle in enclosure directly outside of back door, presumably attracting gnats and other insects into establishment. Refuse areas for garbage, recyclables, and returnables must be kept clean. New Violation.
