Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Equipment and utensils stored in prep room hand sink. Hand sinks may not be used for purposes other than hand-washing. COS: Items removed. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 6-1C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(d)] Grilled chicken found cooling in Walk In since approx. noon (per CFSM and PIC) found at 87-99 degrees Fahrenheit at 2:15 PM. Time and temperature control for safety foods must be cooled from 135F to 70F within 2 hours and in a total of 6 hours down to 41F. COS: Chicken voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Handles of coolers, bulk flour storage bin lids, and shelving with build-up of food debris and crumbs. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the build-up of food residue. Repeat Violation. 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(h)] Female restroom did not contain a covered trashcan. Restrooms made available for use by females must have a covered trashcan for hygiene products and sanitary napkins. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Wall in dish room behind the rinsing sink found with large amount of dirt and debris built up. Physical facilities must be cleaned as often as necessary and maintained in good repair. New Violation.
