Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(j)] Utensils at 3 compartment sink are being cleaned in the order of wash, sanitize, and rinse before air drying. When cleaning utensils at the 3 compartment sink, utensils must have a separate water rinse after washing and before sanitizing to remove detergent and soils from utensil surfaces prior to sanitizing. COS- PIC rearranged compartment sink solutions in the correct order of wash, rinse, sanitize, then air dry. PIC to retrain staff on correct order for cleaning utensils. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Right side cold water faucet handle at 3 compartment sink sprays water along threads of handle when turned on- needs repaired. Establishment plumbing must be kept maintained and free of leaks. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(m)] Kitchen back door kept open with screen door kept closed in place. Screen door ripped in multiple places and unable to protect establishment from the entry of flying insects and pests. COS- PIC placed tape over rips as temporary insect barrier and to replace door with new screen within 4 days. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Discussed Employee Health Policy and clean up procedure for vomit and diarrhea events. CFSM exp 12/05/18. Recommend change of ownership, take this inspection to business license office when applying for business license.
