Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(q)] Containers of wing salt/spices stored on shelf with degreaser cleaner and a toolbox located under hanging dirty brooms, brushes, a wet mop head. Foods must be stored in a clean dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other sources of contamination. COS- PIC cleaned outside surfaces of food containers and relocated to appropriate food storage area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4] Clean cutting boards stored on chemical rack under 3 compartment sink. Clean food tubs and buckets stored on shelves below holster clip used for hanging dirty brooms, brushes, and mop-type cleaning tools. Clean utensils must be stored in clean dry locations where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. COS- PIC moved utensils to dirty utensil staging area for re-WRS. Vacant shelf areas above 3 comp sink and prep table to be used for storing items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
