Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Floors need better cleaning at floor/wall junctures under and beside equipment - accumulation of grease/food debris in these areas which can be attraction for insects/rodent Walls with heavy mildew build-up behind dishmachine. Clean more frequently to prevent build-up. Repeat Violation.
