Inpection Notes

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Chemical sanitizer buckets using quaternary ammonium found to contain less than 100PPM concentration. Upon further inspection, quat was dispensing from the 3-comp sink at only 100PPM max. Per manufacturer's recommendation, quat must be in the 150-400PPM range to maintain its' effectiveness as a sanitizer. COS: CFSM managed to get dispensing tubes and components replaced. Quat now dispensing from sink at concentration of 200-400PPM. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
