Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Heavy accumulation of debris in tea urn nozzle and on soda drink dispensers. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of debris. COS: Tea urn disassembled and cleaned. Owners to inquire about replacing soda dispensers in future. Need to clean nightly rather than 3x per week. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
